Recipe: Pumpkin Oatmeal

A hearty, creamy, and pumpkin spice-y way to get into the spirit

Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 dates, chopped
2 Tbsp almonds, chopped
1/4 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Cook oats on stovetop with 1 cup water, for about 10 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring as you go to prevent boiling over or burning.
Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract
Top with the dates, almonds, and chia seeds, enjoy!
